She has created, implemented, and trained traditional and adult students on professionalism, business acumen, and effective communication for success and career placement for over +20,000 students, across demand driven career fields using data analytics to drive results, in community colleges, vocational/technical institutions, and liberal arts colleges. She is a results oriented leader who has served on multiple college councils and committees in multiple capacities, to provide direction and strategic leadership for units within Career and Workforce Development, and Technical Education in the state of Ohio. Talley, Nina Talley serves as the Director of Career services at Wilmington College. Evan’s background in career advising, college teaching, and conducting research has proven his self-concept and purpose in life: being useful to others as they transition into new chapters of life.

He is also a doctoral candidate studying higher education administration with a focus on professional socialization and master’s higher education students’ specialty choice in transition from student to entry-level student affairs staff. In his advising role, Evan engages in career advising and programming targeted to career development of graduate students developing skills and knowledge to pursue academic and professional career pathways.
